STRIVING FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Understanding our customers’ needs is at the forefront of Lanarkshire Housing Association’s ethos and we strive for continuous improvement in providing the highest levels of customer service. We also currently have Investors in People Silver accreditation, and we are always learning.  

 

To help us continue to provide high levels of customer satisfaction, we are now trialling closing our office from 9-11 every Tuesday morning effective from the 20 May 2025. We will commit this time to team training that will improve skills and knowledge to benefit you, our customers.   

 

We will continue to provide our usual out-of-hours service during this time, and you can still contact us on 01698 269119 for emergencies, and direct your general enquiries by email to enquiries@lanarkshireha.com  

 

This arrangement will be in place for a 6-month trial period, and it is important that you let us know how you feel about this. We really want customers to engage with us in key decisions and would be grateful if you could answer the quick question below.
