Non Emergency Repairs
Non Emergency Repairs – Telephone 01698 269119 (option 2), or, Urgent or Routine Repairs can be reported using our online report a repair tool.
Making sure that repairs are carried out properly and on time is important to us and we will monitor our own performance and that of our contractors.
We conduct regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys to check that we are meeting our targets and ensure that tenants are satisfied with the service received.
Our contractors are required to introduce themselves to customers and show proof of identity, so that you can be sure that they are who they say they are.
Emergency Repairs
Emergency Repairs must be reported immediately by telephone to 01698 269119 (2 hours target).
These are repairs which could affect the safety of residents or cause serious structural damage to the property. They should be immediately reported to our staff by telephone and include:
- Burst pipes
- No power
- No access to toilet facilities
If the emergency occurs when our office is closed, tenants should still use our normal telephone number 01698 269119 and the call will be diverted to our call centre. You will be asked to provide the call handler with your name, address and a brief description of the essential repair. You must stay in your home until the contractor arrives to carry out the repair.
