Coronavirus - Impact on Services

As you know the Coronavirus is affecting businesses across the country, therefore the Association is introducing necessary restrictions to safeguard the health of staff and public.  In order to ensure that services can continue to be provided, the following measures are being implemented, with immediate effect.


·         All home visits, except for emergency cases, will be suspended until further notice

·         Contact with the Association at our office at 191 Brandon Street, Motherwell should be restricted to phone calls and email.

Reporting a repair

We will endeavour to keep a full service going although this may also rely on how our contractors are managing the situation.  You should continue to report repairs by calling 01698 269119 or visiting the website.


Paying your rent

If you normally call to the office to pay your rent, you can either:

·         Telephone Allpay on 0844 557 8321, ensuring you have your rent card available to hand.  If you do not have an Allpay rent card, then please call our office and we can arrange with Allpay to have one sent out by post.

·         To make a payment by debit card or credit card please pay via the Allpay Payment Website at  Simply log in using your registered email address and password. If do not have a log in, you will have to register first.


We will keep everyone advised of developments and updates will follow either by letter, as and when required, or on our website.
