Lanarkshire Housing Association has teamed up with LEWIS Creative Consultants to produce an innovative Annual Report and interactive new web site.
The web site allows customers to access information on-line, giving tenants not only the flexibility to complete on-line repair reports but also the ability to feedback comments to the Association and to access emergency numbers.
For potential new tenants, there is the resource of an on-line database of existing properties.
In the near future, the web site will allow tenants to make rent payments on-line, making this truly an up-to-date and interactive tool for all Lanarkshire Housing Association's customers.
