We have a fully costed plan in place for the lifetime maintenance of all our developments. This ensures that we make adequate financial provision for major repairs when they become necessary.
The expected lifespan of each of the elements in our buildings has been identified. The lifespans have then been applied on a scheme by scheme basis.
