We have lists of contractors and consultants approved to work for the Association. These are reviewed regularly to ensure that we always have an adequate number of suitable companies available to tender for work.

Admission to the lists is by application. We are particularly keen to receive applications from new and innovative suppliers, and from locally based companies, subject to performance and value for money. We also comply with European Union procedures.

Companies wishing to be included on our lists are required to provide details of their Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, and Sustainability policies, as well as financial information. Appointment to a particular project may be tendered, negotiated, follow a quality based selection, or under one of the Association’s framework agreements; in each case more detailed information, including references, will be sought at that stage.
