We provide a comprehensive Property Management (Factoring) service to both owners and sharing owners within our developments.

Primarily, we provide estate management and grounds maintenance services, in addition, to maintaining the common areas of buildings. We also provide the common lighting and low cost building insurance and as the appointed property manager, the Association also monitors adherence with Deeds of Conditions for the individual developments.

Property Management costs are recovered from owners and sharing owners by means of invoices issued twice annually. Discounts are available where payments are made by regular standing orders.
